Psyara is a provider of digital psychiatry services. We specialise in ADHD assessments for adults. Our mission is to remove traditional barriers and make support accessible to all.

We built the service from the ground up to close the gap in access to ADHD diagnosis and treatment. Built to meet NHS standards, it combines telepsychiatry, smart clinical tools, and structured triage to deliver compliant care from assessment through to follow‑up.

With our multidisciplinary team of Psychiatrists, nurse prescribers, GPs, and mental health experts, we offer a safe, scalable service for neurodevelopmental care.

Managing Director

Executive Director and healthcare compliance specialist with over 25 years of experience across the NHS, private, and digital sectors. A former CQC Registered Manager, provides expert oversight on regulatory readiness and ongoing governance to ensure Psyara meets the highest UK clinical standards. Has a proven track record of embedding CQC and NHS frameworks into digital delivery, implementing robust quality management systems that prioritize patient safety and high-quality care at scale.

Dr. Naveen Sharma

Chief Medical Officer

Consultant Psychiatrist with over 20 years of NHS experience, trained at the prestigious Guy’s, King’s College, and St Thomas’ rotation. A Section 12(2) Approved Clinician and specialist in Adult ADHD, he has conducted hundreds of assessments to develop safe, holistic treatment plans. His extensive expertise also spans complex mental health conditions, including PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and OCD.

Clinical Advisor and GPhC-registered pharmacist with over 20 years of NHS and digital health experience. Specialising in clinical safety and pharmacology, she ensures that Psyara’s treatment pathways are safe, effective, and fully aligned with national standards (DCB 0129/0160). Since 2023, Rebecca has leveraged her deep expertise in medication governance and strategic innovation to help design patient-centred ADHD services that integrate clinical best practices into scalable, high-quality care.
