3. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties1. Introduction
3.1. Some of the Services are carried out by third parties. Hence, the use of the Website and/or the Services may result in the disclosure of certain information to the relevant service providers, in line with the purposes of data use stated in this Notice. In general: 
3.1.1. The Company may share personal data with cloud hosting and storage providers for the purposes of hosting, storing and/or backing up data. Such providers may be located outside of the UK.
3.1.2. The Company may grant access to information systems containing personal data to IT support and software service providers for maintenance, technical support, troubleshooting and system administration.  and repair purposes. The Company may also share personal data with consultants messaging service providers. and other service providers acting on its behalf where necessary to provide, support or improve the Website and the Services.
3.1.3. As part of the Services, the Company may share your personal data with treating clinicians and other healthcare professionals involved in your care, where necessary to enable them to provide the medical care and advice you seek and ensure continuity of care.
3.1.4. The Company may disclose personal data where required to comply with applicable law, a court order, a lawful request from a competent authority or regulatory body, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or otherwise protect the Company's legal rights.
3.1.5. The Company may disclose personal information in connection with mergers, reorganisations, asset sales, liquidations, business acquisitions, or similar operations subject to appropriate confidentiality and security measures where required.
3.1.6. The Company may use or disclose information that has been irreversibly anonymised for research, statistical analysis, service improvement or other lawful purposes. Information that has been irreversibly anonymised can no longer be used to identify you.

Transferring Information Abroad: Your information may be transferred stored or otherwise processed by third parties located outside of the UK, in countries which may not provide the same level of data protection as in the UK, for purposes described in this Privacy Notice. 4. Provision of Personal Data to Physicians by Yourself
During the provision of services, your assigned Psychiatrist may ask you to provide additional personal data, including health information, beyond the data already submitted to the Company. For clarity, the company is not a party to your medical or therapeutic process with your psychiatrist, and any data you directly provide to them is solely in the context of your relationship with them. The Psychiatrists shall act as Independent  Data Controller for the additional personal data they process about you as part of the consultation. Any claims or requests you might have concerning the provision of personal data to your assigned Psychiatrist during treatment and/or medical advice must be addressed to your assigned Psychiatrist directly. The Company will continue to process personal data for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, including operating the platform, facilitating the provision of the Services, maintaining records where applicable, and complying with its legal and regulatory obligations.
5. Collection of Technical and Usage Information
5.1.When you access or use the Website or the Services, the Company may automatically collect certain technical and usage information from your computer, mobile device or other device used to access the Website. This information may include personal data, such as your IP address or other online identifiers, as well as information about your device, browser and your interaction with the Website. Where the Company uses aggregated or anonymised information, it will ensure that such information can no longer be used to identify you.
